BIGonDRY conventional kiln for sawn timber

Description

BIGonDRY designs conventional drying installations for sawn timber, both hardwoods and softwoods, with capacities ranging from 2-3 m³ to more than 250 m³. The chambers are delivered entirely in aluminum or adapted to existing structures, on standard modules or fully custom-made according to the customer's specifications. The kilns accept all energy sources: hot water, steam, or thermal oil produced by conventional or solid-fuel boilers, or hot air generated by direct heating with gas, diesel, or electric heating elements. The catalog includes direct gas burner configurations to quickly reach high temperatures without a boiler, installations with hot water coils that make use of wood waste, as well as tunnel-type chambers with side loading on carts for fast cycles. Storage and pre-drying solutions complete the offering as an alternative to air drying.
