A. Vogel Gardens

The interactive visitor centre at the A. Vogel Gardens, in ’t Harde in the Netherlands, is a project deeply rooted in nature.

Conceived by VersteeghHofman Architecten, and by Johan Hofman in particular, the building draws on the traditional barns of the Veluwe while adopting a modern, natural look.

The facade cladding in LDCwood® ThermoWood® fraké, in durability class 2, fits perfectly into its setting while meeting A. Vogel’s environmental commitment.

This unusual project for an unusual client symbolises the alliance between inspired architecture, respectful materials and integration into the landscape.
