Calista Residence

Located in Jacou, in the Hérault, Calista Residence is an intergenerational development designed to house people of different generations and with varying levels of independence. Completed in 2018, it offers 52 homes, 12 of them for families and 40 adapted for older people or people with reduced mobility. Set in a recently built neighbourhood, the residence is surrounded by well-kept public spaces, providing a safe, comfortable setting. Its contemporary architecture stands out for the use of quality materials, in particular the ecological COVER 6 Sun cladding from Neolife laid horizontally, selected by the client Ametis and designed by the AAA agency in Montpellier.
