Dockside Garden

A stone’s throw from the centre of Ghent, Dockside Garden is a large residential and commercial complex in the Dok Noord district, an area undergoing rapid urban change.

The modern architecture by Bontinck marries durable materials, warm touches of wood, large glazed openings, green spaces and generous terraces, in an environmentally responsible approach.

LDCwood® ThermoWood® ayous, fire-retardant treated by Lemahieu Fire Protection®, was used for the level 2 walkway decking and some of the terraces.

The project was carried out with Life Tree Group and Besix, guaranteeing a high-quality, energy-efficient finish.
