Galliéni Tower

The Galliéni Tower is an innovative refurbishment project conceived by the architects Virtuel Architecture and carried out by Savare. What makes it distinctive is the substantial R&D work that made it possible to add 3D timber balconies prefabricated 80% in the factory. These modules fix directly to the existing facades and have enlarged the apartments by 5 m² in the living room and 4 m² on the balcony. No fewer than 17 balconies were installed in just 4 days of lifting.
