RIVA SME park – Phase 1

Located in Dentergem on the site of the former Riva brewery, RIVA SME Park – Phase 1 is a sustainable business park developed by Volus.

This first phase, delivered at the end of 2023, comprises a business centre with 6 flexible units for production, storage or showroom use.

The project follows a logic of sustainable entrepreneurship, with the companies based there committing to environmentally responsible activities.

The facade cladding is made of elegant ThermoWood® ayous beams selected by Spanbo and CNC machined by Lemahieu Group, combining durability (class 1) with good looks. The scheme aims to enhance the centre of Dentergem while offering a strategic location at the heart of the Tielt – Deinze – Waregem triangle.
