Designed by Baumschlager Eberle, this architectural project incorporates harmonious outdoor spaces, blending nature and urban design. The structure, conceived as an independent quarter for offices and shops, encourages urban permeability. The FSC chestnut flooring reinforces this fusion between city and nature. The whole was designed to meet the requirements of LEED Platinum certification, ensuring sustainable resource management and high energy efficiency.
