Neolife

Neolife is a French manufacturer of bio-based composite cladding and decking boards with a high wood fiber content. Founded in 2012, the company is based in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, in the Lyon metropolitan area, and manufactures its products in France across two production sites. It has set itself the mission of designing and producing an eco-material combining plant-based and mineral materials, and claims around thirty employees as well as about ten patents. The core of its business is based on its proprietary VESTA technology, a bio-based composite that combines a very high wood fiber content, mineral salts and natural pigments, and a thermofusible binder presented as free of heavy metals and phthalates. The material is colored throughout, which limits graying, and the company highlights maintenance-free products that are resistant to moisture, insects and fungi. The range mainly covers cladding, with the COVER, LINK, SMART, NOMAD and CLAD lines, as well as decorative profiles. On the decking side, Neolife notably offers the STEP and SIGNATURE ranges in wood-fiber composite (NFC), available in several colors and finishes, with invisible fastening systems. Neolife positions its approach within eco-design: its ranges have received the “bio-based product” label issued by Karibati, and VESTA technology benefits from a Technical Assessment (Avis Technique) from the CSTB. The company presents its products as low-carbon and recyclable at end of life.
