Novatop

NOVATOP is the Czech brand of a construction system made of solid cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels developed by the manufacturer AGROP NOVA. AGROP NOVA a.s. is based in the Czech Republic and employs more than 200 people. Founded in 2001, it continues the activity of Agrop s.r.o., established in 1992 as a manufacturer of three-layer solid panels. The company processes around 60,000 m³ of wood per year and produces nearly 1,300,000 m² of multilayer panels, making it one of Europe’s leading producers of large-format solid wood panels. Its core business is based on solid cross-laminated glued panels, manufactured from softwood dried to between 7% and 8%. Around these panels, NOVATOP offers a complete construction system for walls, floors, roofs and facades, intended for single-family homes, multi-family housing, tertiary buildings, schools and sports facilities, and can be combined with other materials such as brick, steel or glass. The range is built around three-layer SWP panels and the system modules: SOLID (walls and partitions), ELEMENT (floors and roofs), OPEN (custom special elements), STATIC (roof overhangs), ACOUSTIC (acoustic panels) and FACADE (exterior cladding), complemented by a CLT STANDARD line. The species used are spruce, larch, pine and fir, with made-to-measure manufacturing for each project. NOVATOP places its activity within a sustainable approach, with PEFC-certified wood sourcing and the Natureplus label since 2008. The panels benefit from a European Technical Assessment (ETA) and CE marking.
