NOVATOP

NOVATOP is a complete timber construction system based on CLT (cross-laminated timber), manufactured in the Czech Republic by AGROP NOVA a.s. and developed with Swiss timber construction experts. The range combines solid panels (SOLID), lightweight floor, ceiling and roof elements with high load-bearing capacity (ELEMENT, OPEN), five-layer (STATIC), three-layer (SWP) and acoustic (ACOUSTIC) panels. All components are made from spruce lamellas dried to around 8% moisture content, crosswise at 90° and bonded with polyurethane. Custom prefabricated, the system is suitable for single-family homes, multi-family housing, school, sports, administrative and industrial buildings, as well as upward extensions, and meets the requirements for low-energy and passive buildings.
