NOVATOP CLT STANDARD — cross-laminated panel

Description

Large-format cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction panels, for horizontal and vertical construction. C24-grade spruce lamellas dried to 12-14%, assembled by finger-jointing into cross layers at 90°; an odd number of layers (3, 5 or 7) defining the thickness, from 60 to 200 mm. Polyurethane bonding, non-visible quality, dimensional tolerances ± 2 mm. Recommended standard formats 3 500 x 10 000 and 2 500 x 12 000 mm, grain direction in long grain (L) or end grain (Q). The panels can be covered with a 19 mm 3-ply panel to achieve visible quality and increase fire resistance.
