5540 Raised panel tool bodies LEUCO, Silverline are designed for use on spindle moulders. Their field of application covers facing panel infills in hardwoods and wood-based materials. Stated design features: steel tool body, straight cut without shear cut and cutting material: HW HL Board 05. Claimed strengths: up to 12 different profiles with the same body, and further variants possible through height adjustment. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter of 200 mm, bore from 30 to 50 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: delivery includes 1 raised panel tool body with Profile B knives fitted, and alternative profiles are not included in the delivery.
