Description

AEROTECH-System with HSK 63F with hydro clamping system LEUCO is aimed at CNC machining centres. The tool is used for clamping shank tools while guiding the chips during machining, and for grooving, rebating, pocket machining, routing and in the Nesting machining process. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a one-piece clamping system, a 7-flute design for machining low-density wood and wood-based materials, and a 9-helix design for machining particleboard, MDF, OSB, hardwoods and so on. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: the chip jet is blocked, the tool is cooled and the amount of dust is reduced. The range comes in 3 versions: diameter from 95 to 105 mm and overall length from 122.6 to 131 mm. To consider before ordering: sufficient vacuum required, pressurising with a hex key (included in delivery), and smaller shank diameters can be clamped using LEUCO universal reduction sleeves.
