Garden buildings & carports
Description
The Argentière is a single-car carport made locally in France by the sawmill, from spruce dried then planed and treated with Xylophene to use class 2. Delivered as a ready-to-assemble kit, it rests on traditional mortise-and-tenon joints pegged in wood that give it strength and long life. The full set of ironmongery is supplied: adjustable post bases, anchor bolt, coach screw, wooden pegs and screws. Installation is on a concrete slab or concrete pads, the timber being left its natural colour. Built from sustainably managed forest timber, the structure carries the Bois des Alpes and PEFC certifications. Several options are available: roof covering (tile, steel sheet), flashings, roof boarding, solid Douglas fir version, installation and delivery.
