Description

This pergola kit is made in untreated French Douglas fir, a species naturally resistant to the weather, to fungi and to insects, which does without chemical treatment. Modular, it creates a space to relax in the garden — summer kitchen, cover for a spa or hot tub — and can also serve as a carport for one car. Half-panels can be added on request to create a bar or to screen an overlooking neighbour, while solid screening panels remain available as an option. Its flat roof provides welcome shade in fine weather. Made in the Ain, it is delivered as a kit with the Douglas fir structure, the stainless steel screws and an assembly sheet. The pre-drilled holes make assembly simple and quick, two or three people being enough to put it up. The timber needs little upkeep: a wash with soapy water keeps its look, and it silvers naturally over time without losing strength.
