Description
The most spacious of the range, the Sérénité offers 20 m² under a contemporary flat roof and lends itself to a genuine extra living room: office, gym or studio. It is made in France, in Douglas fir 5.5 cm thick from sustainably managed forests. The timber, untreated, brings natural insulation and strength that stands up to anything. The steel roof covering protects the building from the weather over the long term, with a flat-roof or pitched-roof version to choose from. The fittings include a double door and two windows, available in Douglas fir or in double-glazed PVC. The kit brings together the structure, the stainless steel screws, the threshold bars, the joinery with its frames and a clear instruction sheet; it is delivered with no water or electricity connection. The pre-drilled holes make assembly straightforward, with two or three people to go faster.
