Buga Duo 2612 – used, 2022

Description

The Buga Duo 2612 is a thermoforming machine for solid surfaces (Corian, Krion) and PMMA, bringing together in a single frame a hot-air preheating oven and a vacuum membrane press. The press uses a 2 mm silicone membrane withstanding up to 230 °C and a maintenance-free Becker 40 m³/h vacuum pump, for a vacuum pressure reaching 9 t/m². The recirculating hot-air oven reaches 190 °C, with the patented “Turbo hot air” method and rock wool insulation. The whole is driven by a programmable controller and a multi-menu touchscreen, with contact probes and PT100 sensors. Mounted on braked castors, 380 V three-phase connection, 15 kW. This is a used machine from 2022, very little used.
