Description
The business intelligence portal is the daily way into Herakles. Its purpose is to show the right information at the moment it is needed, handling the links between documents, whether headers, contents or analyses covering a whole set. The screen is split into four areas: the main menu, the list of selected documents, the secondary menus attached to the document, and then the matching information and analyses. Four tabs switch in one click from sales to purchasing, to customer relations, to production, to a customer, a supplier or an item, each workspace keeping its state. Access is broken down by stage of progress and by alert status: overdue quotation follow-ups, late receipts or deliveries, and the events of the week. Columns, groups, breaks and filters can be customised by user profile. A dashboard turns each ratio into a colour code whose thresholds are set company by company.
