Herakles ERP and production management software for joinery and metalwork

Description

Intended for makers of aluminium, PVC and timber joinery as well as for metalworkers, this version of the Herakles ERP starts from costing: a quotation split into located sections and sub-sections, a build-up of the work item with unlimited sub-detail, and items created specifically for the quotation and then carried over onto the project. DPGF import handles tender documents, while import from the profile system suppliers feeds the costing and the production tracking; purchase orders go back to those suppliers by XML export. A configurator handles the product models, with settings for dimensions and finishes. The contract side covers interim applications, invoicing to a plan or to progress, deposits, variations, contract price revisions and retentions. Downstream come the manufacturing and installation pack, site planning by the day or half day, hour booking by barcode and progress entry on a phone.
