Fed by the manufacturing routings, this planning board copes with the constant updates forced on it by shop-floor mishaps and customer demands. Every operation belongs to a work centre combining people and machines, with a calendar of its own; absences, breakdowns and public holidays are taken into account, and working hours can change by period or by day. The work centre settings state the skills, the preferred operators, the efficiency percentage, finite or infinite capacity calculation and the maximum number of shifts. A simulation stage makes it possible to slot in a new project or fine-tune the existing load: the priority order of orders and works orders can be changed, as can the work centre, with fixed dates and a varying number of shifts. The board can be viewed by order, by works order, by work centre, by operator or by machine, by month, week, day or hour, with an adjustable scale and zoom.
