Herakles library module for items, routings and bills of materials

Description

The library brings together customer parts and part templates with their routings and bills of materials, shown as a tree so that every component can be reached instantly. Detailed tracking of stock, customer orders, allocations, purchase orders and stocktaking stays available live. Each component carries its own settings: supplier discount, direct costs, waste, overhead and profit factors, unit conversion, fixed price, packaging, dimensions, weight, density, volume and area to be painted. Operations combine a fixed time with labour and machine processing times, along with waiting times, offsets and links that the capacity planning uses. Bills of materials accept an unlimited number of levels, and the calculation formulas, arithmetic, logical or trigonometric, feed length, width, thickness, time, weight, volume, area, grade or unit price. Industry libraries, supplier catalogues and Excel files can be imported directly.
