Description
A supple elastomer strip with an underside fully coated in butyl, reinforced by a metal mesh. This reinforcement gives it three-dimensional conformability: it follows uneven substrates and broken relief without creases or shrinkage, where a flat strip would have to be cut. It is used to seal a roof in small elements where it meets penetrations: walls, chimney stacks, roof windows, dormers, and around photovoltaic panels or when laying soakers. Three widths are listed, 180, 300 and 450 mm, in 5-metre rolls. Five colours allow the apron to be matched to the roof: brown, slate grey, black, burgundy red and brick red. Delivered in cartons of two rolls, that is ten metres. The installation detail is given on the product sheet.
