Description

A flexible fine-mesh polypropylene guard, a non-metallic alternative to the aluminium version in the range. Its close mesh keeps insects out while preserving the ventilation of the openings at the foot of the roof. It is fitted at the eaves in front of the counter battens or in the roof overhang under the soffit boxes, and fixed with screws, nails or staples depending on the substrate. The polypropylene gives good resistance to moisture and allows quick cutting with a knife with no burr. Three widths are listed, 50, 80 and 100 mm, and four colours are available to match the roof or the cladding: white, brown, black and brick red. Packing is in 60-metre dispenser rolls, a format that limits the joints along an ordinary run of eaves.
