Description

An insulation fixing made up of a polypropylene body and a nail capped with a plastic head. Two executions are offered: the MKN version with a plastic nail and the MSN version with a steel nail topped by a plastic head, the latter offering better withdrawal resistance. The breaking of the thermal bridge at the fixing point is dealt with by the design of the head itself, a decisive point on an insulated wall. The field of use covers rigid insulation boards in polystyrene, polyurethane or wood fibre, on concrete, aerated concrete, concrete blocks, natural stone and solid or hollow masonry. Installation is limited to buildings of a maximum height of 8 metres. Soft mineral insulation that is not self-supporting can also be fixed, provided a 140 stabilising washer is added. The product holds a European Technical Assessment. Diameters 8 and 10 mm, lengths from 70 to 295 mm depending on the version.
