Description
A membrane highly permeable to water vapour made up of two water-repellent polypropylene non-wovens and a Linopore UV Plus functional membrane, whose technology brings increased resistance to ultraviolet light and temperature resistance tested at 100 °C, against 70 °C for standard products. The membrane protects insulation and structural timber from wind, rain, powder snow and dust, and balances the pressures under the covering material. Four weights are offered. Used as a breather membrane behind close-jointed cladding, the 130 holds CSTB QB 38 certification. On a roof, the manufacturer advises a minimum weight of 150, the 150 holding QB 25 certification. The SK version creates a glue-on-glue bond at the overlap, which provides wind tightness and improves the durability of the membrane. It complies with NF EN 13859-1 and 13859-2, annex A of NF DTU 40.29.
