Description
A cold self-adhesive polyethylene foam, supplied in 30-metre rolls and 3 mm thick. The strip fills several everyday roles on site: a joint between different materials, acoustic isolation, taking up the unevenness of a substrate before laying. It is used notably under metal roofs and in drylining, where direct contact between two rigid elements creates structure-borne noise and hard spots. Four widths are available, 30, 50, 75 and 95 mm, with packing that varies from six to twenty-one rolls per carton depending on the width chosen. Simple to use, since it is rolled out and stuck straight onto the substrate, it is a workshop and site consumable useful to carpenters and framing installers alike.
