Description

A vapour control layer made up of two polypropylene non-wovens and a functional membrane in the central part, with no reinforcement, which makes it the standard version in the range for walls insulated with boards or rolls. It creates the airtight internal envelope, avoids losses of warm air, protects the insulation from stray air movements and limits vapour diffusion within the wall so as to rule out internal condensation and the forming of dew points. It also prevents moisture traps in structural timber, frames and roof structures, which may carry significant residual moisture. The product targets rooms of low and medium humidity and the design of breathable walls. The SK version, with integrated adhesive strips on either side, allows a glue-on-glue bond at the overlaps even in damp weather, and is particularly suited to sarking. It complies with NF EN 13984.
