Description
A cold self-adhesive vapour barrier, closed to water vapour diffusion, built on a reinforced synthetic structure faced with coated aluminium. The underside is entirely covered with hot-melt adhesive protected by a peel-off film, which allows it to be laid with no mechanical fixing and no added glue. The product prevents vapour diffusion into the insulation and the structural timber, ruling out internal condensation and dew points within the wall. It also provides temporary weatherproofing for two weeks, strictly on condition that every detail point has been made good. Its field of use covers rooms of low, medium and high humidity as well as flat roofs. It complies with the DTU of the 43 series, including for rooms of very high humidity and for mountain climates, with NF EN 13984 and with DIN 18234 on reducing the fire load in industrial buildings.
