Description

A twisted nail in coated galvanised steel, completed by an EPDM sealing washer 19 mm in diameter. It is intended for fixing ridge tiles, hips and verges, points of the roof where the fixing passes through an exposed element and must therefore be sealed at the hole. The twisting improves the withdrawal resistance in the wood of the raising batten or the verge board, a load felt directly in windy weather. The coated head, available in brown, black and brick red, lets it blend into the colour of the roof. Three sizes are listed, 3.5 x 75 mm, 3.8 x 110 mm and 3.8 x 120 mm, to be chosen according to the thickness of the elements to be passed through. Packed in cartons of one hundred pieces.
