Description

A rigid perforated polypropylene element forming a ventilated batten at the eaves, offered with or without flexible comb-shaped teeth. The retractable pads keep the batten flat where it meets the gutter brackets: they either bridge the bracket or are removed at the point concerned. They are not available on the special 18 mm slate version. The toothed version is intended for medium-curve tiles. The product meets the ventilation requirements of the DTU 40.2 series. Two laying rules are to be followed: the teeth always face down the slope and must never project beyond the covering material that covers them, and their height must exceed that of the corrugation by one centimetre to be effective. One-metre pieces, in brown, black or brick red.
