Description
The X-Clean is a carbide band saw blade designed to reduce saw dust on the lamellas, with a reduction of up to 92 %. This result comes from a specific back tooth geometry developed by Wintersteiger, which captures the particles without penalising the feed speed compared with a standard blade. Less dust means a cleaner working environment and an optimised flow through the downstream production stages. The blade also has a favourable effect on tool life. The X-Clean is available for all the Wintersteiger thin-kerf band saws from a kerf of 1.1 mm; it therefore slots straight into the existing lines from the manufacturer with no compromise on output rate.
