Description
The Cassiopée model is a large timber shutter designed to provide blackout, solar shading and thermal comfort all at once. It stands out for its modular design: fixed horizontal or vertical slats combined with a kit of adjustable slats in the upper section. Made from solid timber (THT Spruce, THT Fraké or THT Poplar), it can be installed in a swing or sliding version, with up to 4 leaves. Attractive and functional, it is particularly suited to sun-exposed façades in warm regions. Specifications Built on a solid timber frame, section 100 x 43 mm, assembled with mortise and tenon joints. Infill with 20 mm thick timber slats, fitted with tongue-and-groove joints, horizontally or vertically. Shutter overall thickness: 43 mm. Upper section fitted with a kit of adjustable brise-soleil style slats: 5 slats per 500 mm module. Additional adjustable slats can be added in further 500 mm bands. Available with swing operation (1 to 2 leaves) or sliding operation (1 to 4 leaves). Automation is available on the sliding version only. Species available: THT Spruce, THT Fraké, THT Poplar. Finishes available: planed, brushed (Spruce only), rough sawn, Rubio colour (from the colour chart). Every project is subject to technical validation.
