CD010 VHW high-performance drill bit LEUCO gives the best results on CNC machines and gantries, but also suits ADU and MDU units and is particularly suited to natural fibre reinforced NFRP plastics, honeycomb and sandwich materials as well as solid materials. What the LEUCO design provides: patented point geometry, which is marked by very sharp cutting edges and two spurs compared with traditional “W”-shaped Kevlar drills. What the manufacturer highlights: the point geometry allows only minimal cutting forces and, because of this, the drill entry and exit are of very good quality. This range covers 96 versions: drilling diameter from 2 to 25 mm, shank from 6 to 25 mm, overall length from 50 to 110 mm and 2 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
