CHAMP is a glass-fibre-reinforced plastic connector designed to simplify the gluing of wooden parts. Its sliding design allows efficient assembly, even in areas where clamps cannot be used. Ideal for all types of wood materials, it ensures a clean and strong finish. Characteristics: -Load capacity: Approximately 40 kg per connector (depends on the material). -Materials: PA6 plastic, glass-fibre reinforced. -Field of application: Furniture, fitting-out, gluing of corners or mitre cuts. -Connector type: Sliding lamello-based connector. Advantages: -Invisible and self-clamping assembly. -Removable after assembly, offering flexibility. -Ease of use without requiring clamps. Installation: -Apply KNAPP® PU+ glue in the lamello groove. -Insert the connector with the positioning jig. -Fit together and slide the parts to be assembled.
