Description

CM DP DIAMAX edge rounding / chamfering cutters LEUCO, FK31 is intended for HOMAG edgebanders with an FK30 or FK31 form-milling unit. The tool is used for rounding and/or chamfering end edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a three-part tool and a polished tooth face. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very short gaps of 400 mm for a maximum workpiece length of 600 mm, and feeds of up to 35 m/min. The range comes in 50 versions: outside diameter from 88,5 to 92 mm, bore from 30 to 73 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: the profile of tool 1 must be larger than the profile of tools 2 and 3. The largest radius determines the maximum chamfer value of movable chamfering tools 2 and 3, and on request other profile combinations can be supplied at short notice.
