CM DP edge flush trimming cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, Ott are designed for use on Ott edge banding machines. Their field of application covers facing and flush trimming edges in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Stated design features: with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 2 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 16 mm, cutting width of 16.5 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
