Description

CM DP edge rounding and flush trim cutters, HOLZ-HER 1826 are aimed at HOLZ-HER edge banding machines with unit 1826. The tool is used for rounding and flush trimming edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with axial angle, polished tooth face and clearance face, airStream-System and ChipMeister. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: chip capture optimised by the ChipMeister version and the airStream-System, the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The range comes in 14 versions: outside diameter from 55 to 57.25 mm, bore of 20 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: constant basic diameters a and D1 and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
