CM DP facing cutters DIAMAX LEUCO, Homag are intended for Homag throughfeed machines. They are used for the chip-free facing of melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: swept axial angle, spiral arrangement of the cuts and sharpening zone 1.5 mm. What the manufacturer highlights: high quality on the decor, chip extraction optimised (ChipMeister with the i-System flag-type milling unit) and a reduced noise level. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore of 35 mm, cutting width of 63 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: use with or against the feed, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
