Description

CM DP one-piece facing cutters LEUCO are designed for use on double-end tenoners and edge banding machines and are partly suited to use on Homag KD11 chip-free milling units. Their field of application covers the chip-free facing of wood-based panels that are paper-coated, melamine-faced, HPL-coated, plastic-film-coated and veneered. Stated design features: asymmetric version, 43° axial angle and sharpening zone 4 mm. Claimed strengths: optimised chip extraction (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips, malfunctions caused by chips eliminated and reduced extraction power. The series comprises 28 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 200 mm, bore of 35 mm, cutting width from 32.4 to 64.2 mm and number of teeth from 5 to 8. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
