Description

CM DP two-part facing cutters LEUCO are intended for double-end tenoners and edge banding machines. They are used for chip-free facing of melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: symmetrical design, in two parts, adjustable with spacer rings, large swept axial angle and sharpening zone 4 mm. What the manufacturer highlights: tool adjustable three times = four tool lives per sharpening, optimised chip extraction (ChipMeister), the machine is no longer cluttered with chips and malfunctions caused by chips eliminated. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 200 mm, bore of 35 mm, cutting width of 22 mm and 6 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
