CM020 VHW cutter for honeycomb LEUCO, DLC coating is intended for use on CNC machines and gantries as well as on robots and suits the outer layer in CFRP/GFRP composite with a honeycomb structure. What the LEUCO design provides: ultra-fine grain carbide grade with DLC coating. What the manufacturer highlights: sharp cutting edges provide a clean cut of the honeycomb structure and it suits the machining of the outer layers as well as trimming. This range covers 2 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 8 mm, shank from 6 to 8 mm, overall length of 76.2 mm and 8 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
