Description

CM050 DP shank cutter (UniType) LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machines and gantries as well as on robots and can be used for almost every type of machining and material. Stated design features: the height of the main edge length suits universal use or 3D contour milling. Claimed strengths: stable performance thanks to the high number of teeth and the alternating axial angle, and reduced heat emission thanks to the chip breaker geometry and the large chip clearances. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 12 mm, shank from 6 to 12 mm, overall length from 60 to 85 mm and number of teeth from 3 to 5. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: also possible with a bevelled drilling cut, and other dimensions and configurations on request.
