Description

CM060 DP shank cutter (ProType) LEUCO is intended for use on CNC and gantry machines as well as on robots, very well suited to finish milling carbon fibre reinforced plastics or graphite, and it also suits thin components in carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP). On the execution, LEUCO specifies: a main cutting edge length for universal use or for 3D contour routing. What the manufacturer highlights: a high tooth count combined with a split cut for stable, vibration-free performance, and versions with a positive, negative or neutral axial angle depending on requirements. The range comes in 7 versions: outside diameter of 6 mm, shank from 6 to 10 mm, overall length from 60 to 75 mm and from 4 to 7 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: also possible with a bevelled drilling cut, and other dimensions and configurations on request.
