CM140 VHW multi-tooth cutter LEUCO, CVD coating is designed for use on CNC machines and gantries. Its field of application covers plunging with simultaneous feed on the Z axis and on the X or Y axis. Stated design features: available with a negative or positive cut, and CVD coating. Claimed strengths: a special tool geometry for quiet running, even with thin workpieces and difficult workpiece clamping, reduced cutting forces thanks to chip breakers and very sharp cutting edges that guarantee optimal machining quality, and extremely long tool life thanks to the CVD diamond coating. The series comprises 4 versions: outside diameter from 6 to 8 mm, shank from 6 to 8 mm, overall length of 75 mm and 8 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
