Collet chuck system 426E/ER16 with HSK 63F LEUCO is designed for use on CNC machining centres, in particular 5-axis machines. Its field of application covers the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. Stated design features: a recessed clamping nut, hardened and ground, for collets slotted on both sides, and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Claimed strengths: a slim version, high stability even with long projections, high concentricity precision and a high clamping force. The series comprises 4 versions: diameter of 63 mm and overall length from 101 to 175 mm.
