Cost position module of the Herakles ERP

Description

This module organises the periodic project review between account managers, project managers and finance managers. At the chosen frequency, a dated cost position is created and then kept. It shows the original budget, the actual and committed costs, the cost to complete, and the figures from the previous position; the detail of the costs opens with a click. The user enters the adjustment to the work left to do, item by item, in hours or in amounts, with a comment on each line, and adds any costs that were not originally planned. The analysis gives the variances by cost heading and the margin expected at completion, with an automatic spread of the costs across all the projects and, where needed, a breakdown by supplier. The level of tracking can be chosen: whole project, order or works order. Up to eighteen free criteria round off each position, to which documents can be attached.
