Description

An add-on module, the CRM steers the sales relationship and shares information between staff in real time. Prospects and customers are qualified on a wide range of criteria, to which up to forty further criteria can be added, along with custom filters and advanced searches; third parties such as specifiers or project managers can be linked to a file. Every member of staff can reach the linked documents, from the quotation to the invoice by way of the works orders. Actions are assigned by configurable category with progress tracking and appear in a diary that can be synchronised with Google. Email is built in and synchronised both outgoing and incoming with the company's own server, and an action can be created straight from a message received. Filing attachments by type requires the electronic document management module. Exportable mailing lists prepare the marketing campaigns.
