Deltarock triangular stone wool insulation board

Description

Deltarock comes as a triangular single-density stone wool board, two pieces of which fit together to form a rectangle. This geometry is designed for the first insulation layer between the rafters of converted or convertible loft spaces: it adapts to the irregular spacings found in refurbishment and virtually eliminates offcuts. The board can also thermally insulate intermediate timber floors from below, between joists or beams, before the finishing ceiling is installed. Deltarock is also suitable for timber frame construction, where it meets the requirements for thermal comfort in summer and winter, acoustic comfort, fire performance, behaviour in the presence of water and moisture, and resistance to pests. The declared thermal conductivity λ is 0.033 W/(m·K), the density 50 kg/m³ and the reaction to fire A1. Five thicknesses are available, from 60 to 140 mm.
