DIACURVE DP Nesting shank cutters LEUCO are aimed at CNC machines and the machining of raw and coated wood-based materials. The tool is used for panel sizing in the Nesting process. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a unique cutting design, a disposable tool (not regrindable) and a wide, continuous chip clearance with alternating axial angles. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: excellent cut quality and an optimal edge on both sides thanks to a specially studied arrangement of the cuts, an attractive purchase price, and a constant cutting diameter (convenient, since no diameter correction is needed). The range comes in 5 versions: outside diameter from 9.53 to 12 mm, shank of 12 mm, overall length from 65 to 75 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 4. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To consider before ordering: clamping: very precise clamping systems are recommended (e.g. TRIBOS, ps-System), Z=2 for solid wood, and match the cutting length to the panel thickness (H)!.
