Description
DIAMAX DP edge rounding cutters CM LEUCO, HOLZ-HER FF701 is intended for HOLZ-HER edgebanders, FF701 unit (FF501 / 1833). The tool is used for rounding edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. On the execution, LEUCO specifies: with an axial angle, a polished tooth face and polished clearance, a 3.5 mm sharpening zone, and n max = 24,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: optimised chip removal (ChipMeister), the machine no longer clogged with chips, chip-related stoppages eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 10 versions: outside diameter of 72,5 mm, bore of 20 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). To bear in mind before ordering: constant base diameters a and D1, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
