Description
DIAMAX DP edge rounding cutters with tracing roller without are intended for Brandt edge banding machines. They are used to round over edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. What the LEUCO design provides: cutter with built-in tracing, conveyor storage and max. speed = 18,000 rpm. What the manufacturer highlights: high accuracy and good machining results thanks to the built-in tracing. This range covers 1 version: outside diameter of 58 mm, bore of 16 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: base dimensions a and D1 constant, for this application only one direction of rotation is needed, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
